1. Endometriosis and Fibroids

* Often dismissed as “just bad period cramps

* Can take 7–10 years to get a proper diagnosis

* Patients are told it’s “in their head” or just anxiety

2. Mold toxicity 

* Chronic pain, fatigue, and brain fog—still not fully understood

* Inadequate testing and treatment

* Can linger even if source of mold has been removed

 

3. POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome)

* Involves dizziness, rapid heart rate, and fainting when standing

* Patients are often misdiagnosed with anxiety or panic disorders

* Can accompany other disorders like hypermobility, electrolyte imbalance

10. Interstitial Cystitis / Bladder Pain Syndrome

* Chronic bladder pain with no obvious infection

* Frequently dismissed as a UTI or psychosomatic

11. Adrenal dysfunction/fatigue

* Rarely tested for or taken seriously
