This isn’t about having a “perfect” routine or forcing a reset. It’s about realignment. Listening inward. Trusting what you hear. Whether that’s more rest, more movement, or more joy—honor it.

Get Outside, Heal Inside

When was the last time you truly spent time outdoors—without rushing, scrolling, or checking your phone?

Spending just two hours a week outside can have powerful effects on your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Whether it’s the beach, the forest, a local park, or your own backyard, nature has a way of bringing us back to ourselves.

Probiotics & Mood: What You Need to Know

After switching probiotics during a move, I suddenly felt a deep depression and fatigue—despite everything else in my life being great. My intuition pointed to the new probiotic, and sure enough, it was full of histamine-promoting strains.

Some probiotic strains can trigger mood issues, brain fog, and inflammation, while others help reduce histamine and support healing.

  • Helpful strains: Lactobacillus plantarum, Bifidobacterium longum, L. rhamnosus, B. infantis, L. reuteri
  • 🚫 Avoid if histamine-sensitive: L. casei, L. bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus, L. delbrueckii, L. helveticus

Even “healthy” foods like kombucha and fermented veggies can raise histamine levels. What seems like food sensitivity may actually be a histamine imbalance.
